Really not „Fuck Fame“: Ron Miller shakes Berlin – Photos and report by Street Art Berlin

If you miss nothing so much like your first love, what would you do? Maybe you became an artist to express all your feelings or even better a street artist to let the whole world participate.

That is what happend to a Berlin based crew called Ron Miller which has a great impact on the street art and urban art scene in Berlin, Germany and foreign countries.

Since an one-night-stand long long ago with a girl from Japan a member of  Ron Miller is totally in love with her. Like every guy who is this situation he always asks himself: What is she doing now? Who is she now? What is her reality at the moment? He has only one picture of her which the crew combines in switching contextes.

The question is always: What happend to my first love? The geisha is consequently a symbol for the reminding of lost lovers. Ron Miller is sure that everyone has an experience like this.

Ron Miller is a Berlin based urban art collective which members have their roots in classical graffiti writing and design. The aim of the crew is to bring their authentic street roots into their art and finding new styles. Their style is a mix between high professional painting, stenciling and messing around with colours and feelings. For example there are often small blue drips on the artworks that should be a symbol of the artists tears. Most of their artpieces are made like a collage with minimum three layers.

Because of their impressing concept and professionell technique Street Art Berlin proudly present their first mural at Bernauer Straße in Berlin. See here some impressions of the making of:

The finished mural is above seen as the feature photo of the blog post or at the wall of Mauersegler Berlin at Bernauer Straße.

But painting a mural is not enough for Ron Miller. For the famous „Fete de la Musique“ event that happens every year on the 21st of June in Berlin and several other big cities, Ron Miller set up a live performance by a geisha girl who performes in front of their artworks in the streets.
