The Backjumps exhibition is probably one of the most important exhibitions which is taking place in Berlin. Curated by Adrian Nabi, the first Backjumps exhibition took place in the year 2003 and was introducing the new phenomenon „Street Art“. The first time it took place it was featuring artists like Banksy, Brad Downey, HuskMitHavn, Nomad Swoon, Victor Ash and many more. No need to say that the next Backjumps exhibitions have been a big success.
Since the 3rd of November until the 25th of November 2012 the exhibition will take place in the „Kunstraum Bethanien“. This time as a special „Junior Issue“ for kids and „still kids“. This event is especially made for children: the artworks are hanging in the right size and the whole project should give them a chance to have their first contact with street and urban art. But the really special of that event are the workshops which are offered by different artists like Berlin old school graffiti writers like Poet & Arunski, Phos4, Kacao77 or Street Artists like Bronco, Dave the Chimp and Various & Gould who are offering different kinds of workshops.
