Since 3 years small figures made of cork are invading the Streets of Berlin. The so called Yogis are showing of different Hatha Yoga positions, usually on Street signs. Inspired by a London Street Artist called Slinkachu a Yoga teacher called Josef began setting up the small Street Art figures. Street Art Yogis, became a movement everyone is invited to join who is knowing a Yoga position, who feels obliges against violence (even against art thieves and „collectors“) and who isn’t destroying other peoples property. The little Yogis are invisible for the most people. Even the bright eyes of an Street Art fan can overlook them, because of there size. But when a Street Yogi is showing its self then it wants to bring joy and luck to the observer.
